As Marketing and Brand Manager for Oak Patch Gifts, I led strategy, creative direction, and marketing execution for a family of lifestyle and gift brands, including the well-known Jody Coyote jewelry line, Laid Back, Laid Back Kids, and several private-label collections. Oak Patch Gifts was a wholesale company serving retailers across the U.S. and internationally, but many of its brands had strong consumer recognition, particularly in the Pacific Northwest.
My Role and Contributions
Directed brand and marketing strategy for multiple jewelry, gift, and lifestyle brands, collaborating with design, product development, and sales teams to position each line for success in competitive retail and wholesale markets.
Oversaw creative direction and production of seasonal product catalogs, managing everything from concept development to photography, styling, copywriting, and layout.
Managed a $300K annual trade show budget, leading booth design, merchandising, and promotional efforts to enhance visibility and drive B2B sales opportunities.
Developed and managed digital marketing programs for both wholesale buyers and end consumers, including SEO, social media, email campaigns, and e-commerce strategy.
Led media strategy, public relations, and loyalty initiatives to strengthen brand awareness and customer retention across all product lines.
